These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, partner API and related services (the "Services") provided by Minjourney Travel Management Co., Ltd. ("Minjourney Travel", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
The Services are intended for business users such as travel agencies, tour operators, OTAs and DMCs. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials confidential. You must enter accurate credentials when accessing restricted areas of the Services, and you are responsible for all activity under your account.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services for your internal business purposes, subject to these Terms. You agree not to misuse the Services, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with their operation, or use them in breach of applicable law or the rights of others.
Rates, availability and content shown through the Services are provided by suppliers and are subject to change and confirmation. A booking is only confirmed once you receive confirmation through the Services or in writing. Rates are net, wholesale rates for business partners and are not intended for public display.
Payment and settlement terms, including credit facilities and currencies, are set out in your partner agreement or as otherwise communicated to you. You agree to pay all amounts due in accordance with those terms.
The Services, including all content, software, data and trade marks, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from the Services except as expressly permitted.
The Services may link to or integrate third-party products and services. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be subject to separate terms and conditions.
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or completely secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Minjourney Travel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue or data, arising from or related to your use of the Services.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to the Services or others. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Shenzhen, China, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
